Please note that coffee beans and other perishable products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you need to return a non-perishable item (such as merchandise or brewing gear), returns must be:

Initiated within 14 days of purchase

In original, unused condition and accompanied by proof of purchase

Shipped back at the customer’s expense
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
