An explosion of raspberry… transformed into coffee
There is something irresistible about a raspberry sorbet: the intensity of the fruit, its slightly tart side, its sweetness and that freshness that makes you want to dive back in immediately.
With Raspberry Sorbet , Brayan Alvear translates this sensation into a cup of coffee.
Produced in Las Palmas , in the Huila region of Colombia, this batch of Castillo was co-fermented with raspberry to develop an intensely fruity, juicy, and luscious profile. From the first sip, the raspberry asserts itself with remarkable clarity, accompanied by a sweetness reminiscent of red berry coulis and a fresh finish evoking a true sorbet .
A spectacular coffee when hot, but absolutely formidable on ice.
