La Macarena is one of Wilton Benitez's most representative projects and a reflection of how far decaffeinated coffees can go when approached with the same level of precision and ambition as any other top lot.

Grown at 1,900 masl and processed with exceptional care, this Red Bourbon undergoes multiple stages of selection and fermentation before being decaffeinated through the natural sugar cane process, preserving the identity and expression of the coffee.

Floral notes of magnolia combine with the freshness of watermelon and mandarin, while cacao nibs bring depth and structure to the cup.
