Blue Lagoon - Dak

Blue Lagoon is another lot from one of our favourite washing station this year! Buku Abel is a washing station located in the Hambela district of Guji Zone, sitting at 1900–2100 masl on a small hill with optimal sunlight, cool winds, and rich red soil. This Ethiopian natural has a fruity intensity with tasting notes of blueberries, strawberries and orange cake.

Buku Abel is a washing station located in Guji. It sits at 1900 - 2100 masl, on a small hill with optimal sunlight exposure, cold winds, and rich, fertile, red soil. The neighbouring farmers deliver their cherries at around midday and sort them until the late afternoon. Processed as a natural, cherries for this lot are sorted and then sundried on African raised beds.
