Our first Peru offering comes from Cutervo, a region that has become increasingly recognized for producing high quality specialty coffee. Over the last decade, local farmers have transitioned from local crops to coffee production, with a strong focus on quality and environmental stewardship. This washed field blend has sweetness and a balanced acidity. It has notes of milk chocolate, nut praline and cocoa.
