Sergio and Tatiana manage their farms together in Rica Brisa, where Sergio grew up, developing a lifelong connection to coffee production. Tatiana is one of the few female coffee producers in the region, balancing the demands of coffee production, family life, and outside work when time allows. This washed Colombia has plenty of sweetness, balanced acidity, and notes of milk chocolate, gummy candy, and mango.
