Mocha Mousse is an extended-fermentation natural, arara variety, from Fazenda do Salto. Sweet and silky, with milk chocolate, forest fruits and brown sugar. It pulls well as espresso. The fermentation is done over 72 hours making it a little fun compared to other coffees that are a bit more traditional from that Fazenda.
