About This Coffee
The Several Fruits lot from Finca El Placer is a playful experiment in co-fermentation and careful natural processing. Bright fruit character comes from the anaerobic stage, while the inclusion of co-fermented Caturra adds depth and layered sweetness. Expect a lively cup with juicy berry notes, hints of tropical acidity, and a smooth chocolate base.
