This pink bourbon is washed using carefully selected ripe cherries. After harvest, cherries are floated to remove defects, then depulped and fermented in water-filled tanks to enhance clarity and balance. Drying begins slowly in a controlled silo before finishing under the sun, resulting in a clean, structured cup with bright clarity and refined sweetness.
